PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Due to new European bank regulations, all bank transfers will now be checked. The recipient's name will be verified against the IBAN during payment. Given the ban on the sale of all R-Cs in the Netherlands, we and other companies choosing to continue sales are forced to use a different name. Consequently, you might receive a notification that the beneficiary name and IBAN don't match. If you want to proceed with the delivery, you need to continue and accept this mismatch. Your payment will be received normally, and we will process the order as usual.

Dynamic IBAN Requirement: For security and operational reasons, our official payment IBAN is subject to frequent change. You will always be provided with the current, valid IBAN in the official order confirmation email you receive right after placing your order. It is mandatory that you use only the specific IBAN listed in that particular confirmation email, even if it differs from a previous order. Using an outdated or incorrect IBAN will cause severe processing delays.

Strict Reference Rule: When initiating the bank transfer, you must only use your Order Number in the reference or description field. This is the sole identifier we can use to match your payment to your order.

Exact Amount Transfer: Please verify that the amount transferred exactly matches the total stated in your order confirmation. Any discrepancies will automatically delay shipment.

Please note the following important details regarding payments:

We exclusively use European IBANs for all transactions.
Due to recent banking regulations and security enhancements, our account details (IBAN) may change frequently.
The European IBAN we provide may be registered in a different European country than our primary location.

Always ensure you use the most current IBAN provided in your order confirmation, to avoid delays or paying to an old account.

Finalizing Your Order

The necessary bank details (including the dynamic IBAN) and a full set of payment instructions are found exclusively in the confirmation email you receive immediately after placing your order.

Your order processing and dispatch will commence only once the full payment is successfully credited to our account. Non-compliance with the rules above, especially concerning the payment description, will inevitably postpone the shipment of your goods.

We are pleased to offer Bitcoin (BTC) as a fast, secure, and private payment method.

How to Pay with Bitcoin:

Select Bitcoin: Choose the Bitcoin option during checkout or in your order summary.
Confirmation Details: Upon confirming your order, you will immediately receive the unique Bitcoin wallet address and the exact BTC payment amount in EURO required.
Complete Transaction: Use the provided address and amount to send the payment from your personal cryptocurrency wallet.

Instructions and the required BTC wallet address will be provided in your final order confirmation screen and email.

Stock and Cancellation Policy

Payment Deadline: Any order that remains unpaid after two days (48 hours) will be automatically canceled. The reserved products will then be immediately returned to our active stock, making them available for purchase by other customers.
Live Stock Guarantee: The product availability displayed on the WIDIBA.NL website is 100% accurate and updated in real-time. If an item is shown as available on the webshop, we have it in stock and ready to ship.
