Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon finalizing your purchase, you'll immediately receive a digital receipt via email, which includes your unique reference code. This code is essential for all inquiries. The moment your consignment is handed off to our logistics partner, a second notification will be sent. This subsequent email contains your live tracking link, allowing you to monitor the journey of your shipment. If this second notification hasn't arrived within one business day, please check your junk mail folder first. If it's still missing, simply reach out to our support team, and we'll swiftly provide the necessary details.
Expedited Transit within the Netherlands
We prioritize swift service across the country. Orders placed before the 5 PM cutoff are targeted for arrival on the next business day. This rapid transit goal applies to all areas within the Netherlands, excluding the Wadden Islands, where transport via ferry may introduce a slight delay. We collaborate only with vetted, dependable courier services to ensure your items reach you securely and promptly.

Your order will arrive in a plain, non-branded outer box devoid of any identifying marks, logos, or product descriptions. The exterior packaging will only display the necessary shipping label with your destination address.
Delivery Process and Collection
To ensure the successful hand-off of your package, please make arrangements for a recipient to be present at the provided location on the expected day. Should a delivery attempt be unsuccessful, the courier will leave a physical notification card. They typically attempt a redelivery or may leave the item with an immediate neighbor, as per their standard procedure.
If all home delivery attempts fail, the package will be securely deposited at a local pick-up depot. The courier's notification card will clearly indicate the location and the process for retrieval. Our guarantee covers the delivery up to this collection point; responsibility for final pick-up then rests with the customer. Deliveries are generally conducted between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, from Tuesday through Saturday. Due to reliance on third-party carriers, we cannot specify an exact arrival time but will keep you informed with tracking updates.
